Dear Readers

Looks like winter has arrived. I woke up early in the morning to do my yoga when I found myself sneezing continuously. I am not exaggerating but I must have sneezed about 10-15 times. This is how my body tells me that winter has come.

It was not just my body that was signaling the arrival of winter, the sky was darker, the birds were still sleeping, and I could see the moon quite clearly. Even though my sinuses shook me pretty bad but some of my senses were somehow alive to cherish the beautiful morning.

Happy winter my beautiful children!
