What makes you happy? Is it toys, or is it food? Is it meeting your friends or family, or going to school? Is it reading a book or listening to music? Do you think happiness comes easy?
Interestingly, on one hand, the things that make us really happy are the things that don’t come easy. Take for instance a watercolour painting of a tree that you mastered after spending weeks working on your strokes or a dance move that you finally get right after practicing for weeks.
On the other hand, the things that make our soul happy are the things that come really easy e.g. falling asleep while moon gazing or going for a nature walk with your loved ones.
I would say, be kind and have courage. It will never fail to bring a smile to your face.
