Considering that we often judge food based on its looks and aroma before consuming it, we can rightly say that the visual appearance of food has a direct affect on people’s opinion of it. This week’s Feature Story explores the presentation aspect of the Food & Beverage industry by throwing light on the appearance and presentation of dishes.
