Many feel that the 90s were (arguably) the best decade to grow up in. So many things from that era have had a great effect on pop culture and society as a whole! It was the era of grunge and heavy eyeliner, sky-high platform heels, pagers, Nickelodeon, cassettes, and VCRs. Women were fighting inequality and coming out on top, and the World Wide Web and cable TV were paving the way to sweeping globalisation. Perhaps every generation thinks the decade of their childhood was the best, but this week, we give you a taste of what made the 90s the absolute best, in Feature Story.
