I still remember almost 14 years and well 600 issues ago when I felt the absence, and hence the need to create a stylish, authentic, innovative, and conscious lifestyle magazine. It would be personal for some, yet cater to the desires of a wider audience. This was not a small feat and took an extraordinary team. Bringing together like-minded, passionate game changers, and speciality style makers with their own strengths and attributes – delivering inspiration, continuing to ask the questions, ‘why?’ and ‘why not?’ In a world full of replication and imitation, we wanted to do something different – something that would stand out and be authentic. We hope, you – our readers – have enjoyed our journey, and hope that you will continue to travel with us as we proceed into the next decade! As we look to the future, with this issue, we know there is plenty to present – pictures that capture desires and feeling, special people, great articles and discussions to come.
Who better to start with in this special issue, than the man who is and will continue to be Bollywood’s best entertainer – Salman Khan! Besides his Indian cinema success, Salman is a well-known philanthropist who began his humanitarian work with his NGO, Being Human Foundation.
