With many highs and lows, another year comes to an end. Recently, I was on a cruise trip and that is when I could sense the importance of silence and how disconnecting from the world helps you rejuvenate. While this disconnect was forceful, as there was no network, but it made me understand that going forward I will have to make this disconnect a choice to introspect, understand, and grow as a person. At the end of the day, it is all about your journey, your success, and your happiness. Our cover star of the month Jubin Nautiyal thinks quite similar and his daily disconnect to rejuvenate is his ‘me time’, where he locks himself in a room and practices along with his guitar.
