Highlights of India Today 27th March 2017, issue:  In the wake of the BJP forming the government in four of the five states after the recently concluded assembly elections and the BJP setting a record of sorts in Uttar Pradesh by winning more than 300 seats, the India Today cover story, A Burst of Saffron, looks at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his vision for a new India and how everything now hinges on his ability to deliver.
