With the 67th National Garment Fair close on our heels, Apparel’s Fair Special issue for July 2018 brings you the latest trends for the coming season, with the theme of the issue being ‘The Future Beckons!’
We begin by documenting the pre-fair events in ‘Fair Update’ and ‘CMAI Event’, while ‘CMAI Rendezvous’ throws light on the work of CMAI’s Managing Committee. ‘E-Space News’ highlights how the internet and technology has helped the apparel industry grow, through innovations like Voice based Personal Assistants and WhatsApp Business. ‘Features’ goes back to our Indian heritage and explores some treasured competencies in the Indian clothing industry, such as Rafoogari, the variety of handlooms, and the desi designs.
