Coal India Ltd (CIL) is facing a new threat from its own backyard. A number of mine-contractors have staged a walk-out due to changes in the government's diesel pricing policy. The net impact -- the miner is going to see even a greater shortfall in production versus target in 2014-15, says chairman S Narsing Rao.
