In a season when dengue cases are hitting the national Capital, patients with other diseases are suffering, even after not being diagnosed with the deadly vector-borne disease. Various government hospitals in the city have suspended almost 50 per cent of the general surgeries to cater to the dengue patients. Around 200 surgeries in all have been suspended from various city hospitals. he Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) is oscillating between parikrama (sycophancy) and parakram (valour). Its ongoing coordination committee meeting of Braj Prant (22 districts, including Mathura, Agra and Aligarh) to create an atmosphere in which it can benefit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the 2017 Assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh dominated this issue.
