In this ‘cyber-age’, the vigour and conviction of youth has become the glory of past. Relationships are being brutally assassinated for satisfying personal interests. In such a scenario, an individual is required who could square his words and actions and inculcate in these ignorant, the will and conviction to accept others as they are; and work together cordially for a better cause. That individual should be someone like them, yet, distinct from them. Thus, student leaders have been chosen for the study. 50 male & female student leaders from various colleges of Rajasthan University were compared with 50 male & female general students on the dimension of Emotional Maturity by using the Singh and Bhargava’s Emotional Maturity Scale (1990). Mean, S.D. & t-ratio was calculated. Results reveal that student leaders are significantly more emotionally mature than the general students.
