The study articulate the key factors of good health like positive thinking of love, courage and optimism, social support, self esteem, purpose in life, positive emotions, spirituality eating right food and a positive mental attitude, which not only improve the quality of people’s lives but also heal their bodies from psychological and physiological illness. Love is sustainer, renewer and protector and it also creates hope and restores life. Individuals with high self-esteem are more functional and self-accepting and therefore more likely to perform healthy behaviours. Optimism may also help sustain immune functioning under stress. People with an upbeat, optimistic explanatory style tend to enjoy good health. Supporting relationships like having close friends and involvement in a supportive network contributes to the individuals sense of security, positive evaluations of life experiences, personal worth and competence, and this in turn enhances the health and well-being. Eating the right food is very essential for maintaining health. A balanced diet and to never skip breakfast always enhanced health. Meditation and prayer also contribute to healing and a sense of well-being.
