In the present research paper, effort has been made to examine the influence of the psychological correlates like manifest needs, alienation factors and critical psychological state factors in experiencing managerial frustration. Data was collected from a group of 400 managers working in different business organisations. Questionnaire method was adopted to yield responses from the managers. Correlation analysis method was used to establish relationship between various psychological correlates and managerial frustration. Some of them showed either positive or negative correlations with managerial frustration. Remaining correlates showed weak correlations.
