Management education has become a global requirement. The quality of management education can be improved only by making the institutes accountable for their claim because quality management education is the only currency, which is accepted universally. The responsibility of management schools is not only to impart good education and prepare the candidate for securing immediate placement but also to prepare the student for a long term performance on the job. Globalization is affecting the business and education globally. The ethics of doing the business are changing due to the changes in the technology and the new challenges arising in the market. The education agenda is being shaped by the issues which are different from the traditional ways of doing business. The developing and the developed economies are working on the issues of sustainable development of increasing the output. The increased stress levels are leading to emotional traumas which have forced the educators and the strategists to think in a positive way to design an education system which can built the inner strength of people in terms faith and confidence in life.
