Readwhere FAQ's
Readwhere is DIY publishing platform. To upload content, all you need to do is, register on www.readwhere.com & upload your pre-press PDF or ePub files. This is just a simple four-step process.
Once you have created a new publication, you will get a prominent 'Add New Issue' button below the publication.
You can schedule the publication to be published on a future date. You can set the date & time of publishing on the calendar on the last step of publishing. You can either choose to release the volume on the current date or the scheduled date. Releasing the volume on the current date will mark it as an early edition.
Deleting or replacing a page in already published volume is fairly simple. Go to edit volume page. Delete the page which is not required by clicking on the 'cross' button on the right-hand side top. Then add the new page & drag to drop to re-order the new page.
GST certificate can be uploaded in PNG/ JPG format.
To set the digital price of any publication, the publisher must have a digital agreement with Readwhere. If you do not have the agreement signed, please send us an email on helpdesk@readwhere.com. Once the agreement is signed, you would see the price button while uploading the publication. You would be able to set single issue & subscription prices.
Download feature can be enabled from the edit title form.

Once the invoices are generated, the payment is done in 45 days via the preferred payment mode i.e. Cheque/ NEFT.
We have a separate panel in the backend to add sub-users and give them various rights as per their roles. You can choose to give them publishing rights of selected publication to distribute the work-flow.
You can delete the PDF from the back-end if the publication is free. If the publication is paid, please write us on helpdesk@readwhere.com
