p dirltrThis month, we put the spotlight on women in various sectors of the automotive industry. We spent a day with the 14-year old Nithila Das, who is already an ace dirt-biker and looks set for bigger achievements. We also interacted with Ramkripa Ananthan, who was behind the design of the crowd-favourite Mahindra Thar, and is now spearheading the design department at Ola Electric. Melissa Holbrook Pierson, an internationally-renowned writer and motorcycle enthusiast, was kind enough to contribute to this issue. We also had the pleasure of spending some time with Mrinalini Deshprabhu, a vintage and classic car enthusiast, who owns several beautiful cars. Lastly, Vaishali Dinakaran needs no introduction to regular readers of this magazine, and in this issue she reflects on her journey as an automotive journalist.p
