One of the accepted definitions of vision is the anticipation of something that will or may happen; a visionary is one who sees this potential, and acts towards fulfilling it. Sometimes it can be a great business idea; sometimes its an unexpected move made; sometimes it is how the owner CEO manager of a business acts with foresight and imagination to change the way a business or even industry is run. Often, these are not huge bets say, Steve Jobs with the iPod, or Ratan Tata with the Nano; they can be small, yet significant changes in corporate governance or succession planning.
