Based on two unique concepts of time travel and kinetic energy, the restobar generates its own energy while the sci-fi look is unique. Amanzi Resorts in Pavna, Maharashta designed by Shabbir Unwala rests on the gentle slopes of the Sahyadris; the unique shapes of the rooms, the locally sourced materials, the smart design of the structure and the infinity pool create a fabulous ambience with a sense of home; while a stunning black and white themed home in Mumbai by KNS Architects has just the right pop of colour and funk. Radius Developers new office in Bandra, Mumbai, has been designed by Sandeep Bhawsar to encourage transparency, yet respect privacy with unbridled workstations, break-out zones and bay windows. To create what the capital city does not have - a stock exchange, Café Dalal Street by Lavprit Singh and Anu Talwar of Off Road Designs, recreates the aura and pace with walls and paintings telling the story graphically. Architect Chandrakant Patel with a career spanning over 50 years, talks about many noteworthy and award winning projects, the learnings gleaned and the body he founded – PEATA Practicing Engineers, Architects and Town Planners Association.
