Amazon’s AI assistant “Alexa” is about to complete 3 years in India. Today, Alexa is skilled, intelligent and sounds pretty familiar. Moreover, it is powered by over 30,000 skills in English and over 800 skills in Hindi that make her perform more tasks, narrate stories, play games with families, help people meditate, and turn on the lights in your house, for example.   Alexa Skills are app-like abilities that can be discovered and enabled from the Amazon Alexa mobile app for your smart devices that come with Alexa built-in. Alexa can be a helpful, clever, quirky and entertaining assistant with an array of skills ranging from funny delighters like “Alexa, kya bolti tu,” to help you understand what your dog is saying with the skill “Alexa, open Dog Translator,” to help your kids engage with self-learning activities with skills like “Alexa, ask MyPedia to read a story” or “Alexa, ask Wild Planet to tell me a fact about Tiger,” for example. Well, check out our “Cover Story” section to know more about the popular and worth trying Alexa skills and commands.   This month, the wait for Android 11 is finally over. Built with a focus on three themes: a People-centric approach to communication, Controls to let users quickly get to and control all of their smart devices, and Privacy to give users more ways to control how data on devices is shared, Android 11 offers many interesting features like conversation notifications, chat bubbles, built-in screen recorder, new menu for the Power button to instantly access Device Controls, an option to schedule Dark mode, and an all-new Bedtime mode, to name a few — all these features make worth updating to Android 11.   Apple has also introduced many new features for the Apple Watch users. But the most interesting new feature is Family Setup in watchOS 7, which brings the communication, health, fitness, and safety features of Apple Watch to kids and older family members of the household who do not have an iPhone.
