Welcome back to the world of Tinkle!I’m sure your holidays are on, and you are either at home or visiting, relaxed, spending your day playing, fooling around and even picking up new hobbies slipping in an hour or two of holiday homework, I hope.I know some of you might be reading this on a train. Loads of people buy Tinkle Digests at the railway station. I know I did. So we decided to celebrate the great Indian train journey on our cover. It is special, because it is rare that one of our guest artists, the wonderful Alicia Souza, collaborates with one of our in-house artists, Vineet Nair. Alicia and Vineet have vividly captured the essence and wonder of train journeys.I went to a boarding school and attended college outside the city I came from. This meant scores of train journeys all my life, and a constant was Tinkle Digest. Even with all the gymnastics between bunks, and eating that iconic daal-chawal, we always managed to find time for the Digest, trading books as we devoured them. This month, we have a wonderful issue for you. Abhilash Tomy is back from his inspirationaladventure, and we are very proud to bring you the final piece of the Sagar Parikrama saga. Ravi Sinha introduces the magical world of comic cons, so dear to our hearts, here at Tinkle. Tushar Abhichandani brings you a beautiful story about winning and losing. Shriya brings you a modern day parable with a dash of magic thrown in, that will make you eat your vegetables. The Adventures of Lupina the Wise continues, and Natasha and Sean continue to bring you their brand of flight and speed. We are delighted to bring you the very first story from our Di-Jesters campaign. Congratulations to Premakumar Meenuleka from Singapore for her brilliant idea! Here’s to a very happy summer holiday to all of you! Digestively yours, Neel :-
